Former Indian captain Virat Kohli is undoubtedly one of the most popular cricketers in the world right now. He has over 260 million followers on Instagram, making him the third most followed sportsperson in the world after footballers Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.

So when an Italian woman footballer, Agata Isabella Centasso, was asked to pick her favorite Indian cricketer, unsurprisingly, she named Kohli. On X, a user asked to pick her favorite Indian cricketer to which she posted a picture of Kohli.

Kohli is currently enjoying his break following the conclusion of the 2023 ODI World Cup. In the tournament, he collected 765 runs in 11 outings with three centuries, making him the batter with the most runs, as a result of which he collected the Player of the Series award. India, however, lost to Australia in the final by six wickets.
