Indian Premier League franchise Rajasthan Royals was one of the successful teams in the 15th edition. They were the runners-up who had to face defeat from the new entrant at that time, Gujarat Titnas.

But RR also had some new members in the likes of Yuzvendra Chahal and Ravichandran Ashwin. Chahal, who is known for his fun-loving nature became good friends with England white-ball skipper Jos Buttler.

After IPL ended, both England and India locked-horns in all the formats of the sport. But on Monday, August 1, Chahal posted a picture on social media where he and Buttler can be seen sharing a warm hug with smile on their faces. He captioned the post with: “Jab we met in London #joshbhai.”

Both Chahal and Buttler entertained the fans with their fun banter and dances. While Buttler, who was the Orange Cap holder, was the most successfull batsmen in the season with most runs (863 in 17 matches, also the second highest in the history of IPL after Virat Kohli). Chahal had scalped highest wicket there.

Both Buttler and Chahal’s hilarious moments were shared on social media. Apart from the light-hearted banter, they also shared a good bond on and off the field.

When India played against England, Chahal ended the white-ball series by picking 11 wickets in five matches. While, Buttler had a forgetful series as he could score only 116 runs in six matches.
