‘Get off Twitter’ – Jasprit Bumrah’s wife Sanjana Ganesan schools hater for illogical comment; deletes the reply later

Jasprit Bumrah and Sanjana Ganesan

Renowned TV presenter and Indian pacer Jasprit Bumrah’s wife Sanjana Ganesan hit back at a hater who commented an illogical comment on her post on Twitter. However, she later deleted the reply later to avoid any further escalation. But netizens were quick enough to get a screenshot of the reply.

Sanjana is currently in Australia as part of the squad responsible for the TV coverage and hosting of the ongoing T20 World Cup. She posted a couple of pictures with her colleagues and updated her fans. Her post’s caption read: Back to Melbourne & working hard(ly).

Taking a cheap dig, the user replied: “Apne Husband ko unfit karkay, bahut enjoy kar rahi ho Australia mein (after unfitting our husband, you’re enjoying in Australia.” The reference here is of her husband Bumrah, who is not part of the Indian squad for the showpiece event due to an injury.

Hitting back, the TV presenter said that it’s her job but at the same time, she doesn’t expect him to understand that. If he had that much sense, he would be more than just a low-life internet hater. She also asked him to get off the microblogging platform and read a book for knowledge. However, she later deleted her tweet later.

Speaking to journalist Vimar Kumar, the former Australian skipper said: “I think one obvious omission for India is Bumrah not being there, when you take one of the best players of the world out of any side, in this sort of format, it’s always really hard to replace that.”

Although it’s almost impossible to fill ace pacer Jasprit Bumrah’s shoes, young Arshdeep Singh has done justice to his position in the playing XI at the T20 World Cup 2022. The left-arm pacer has picked up wickets with the new ball and continues to be effective towards the business end.
