KL Rahul ad Athiya Shetty have been seen each other for more than three years and their rumours of getting married keeps popping up every months for the umpteenth times. Athiya and Rahul recently left for Germany where Rahul was getting treatment for his groin injury.

India today’s one report suggested that Rahul’s family was recently in Mumbai to meet Athiya’s parents. On Tuesday, the rumurs started again. But Athiya’s father Sunil Shetty clarified whether the wedding will happen soon or not. “No, nothing has been planned yet!” said Sunil Shetty when asked about the wedding.

Also this isn’t for the first time that Sunil Shetty had to clarify the rumours. In May, he had said that the marriage will be Athiya’s choice.

“As far as the wedding is concerned, there are no arrangements being made. There is no such ceremoney, these are all rumours. When there is no weddingm how can we give you a date?” said Athiya’s brother Ahan Shetty to Dainik Bhaskar.

But Sunil has talked about his fondness of KL Rahul and said when asked about the rumours in April, ” She is my daughter, she will get married sometime. I would want my son to also get married, the sooner the beytter. As far as KL Rahul is concerned, I love the boy. And it is for them to decide what they want to do, because times have changed. Beti aur beta dono hi responsible hai (My daughter and son are both responsible). I would like them to take the decision. My blessings are always here for them,” he told ETimes.

The couple made their relationship official after he wished her on her birthday with a social media post that has both Athiya and Rahul.
