Ever since he led the Chennai Super Kings to their 5th IPL Title, MS Dhoni has been spotted enjoying his time as much as he can. He went on a short tour to the United States of America where he was spotted watching the US open and playing golf with former US President, Donald Trump. Since he came back, many clips of his interactions with fans also went viral.
He has now gone viral once again, thanks to one of the strangest crossovers of all time. The World Cup winning captain has just met famous Indian rapper, MC Stan. MC Stan broke out into the Indian hip-hop scene in 2018. He is known for songs like Hasti Ka basti, Ek Din Pyaar and Nanchaku. MC Stan has also won the famous reality show, Bigg Boss in 2023.
The two met while Dhoni was shooting for an advertisement. When not training, Captain Cool is frequently in between shoots and has plenty of commercials on live television. When not shooting, MS Dhoni is training and maintaining his fitness. Many believed his final IPL would be in 2023, but after the 2023 IPL Finals Dhoni confirmed he wanted to play in the 2024 IPL as well.
Many fans unhappy with MS Dhoni for meeting MC Stan, call it the lowest point of his career
Fans were quick to express their disappointment when the photo of MC Stan and MS Dhoni went viral. Many fans asked Dhoni why he would meet him and fans called it the lowest phase of his career so far. Others commented how it was rare to see Dhoni wasting his time like this.
On the other hand, MC Stan fans were delighted that the 24-year-old rapper met up with MS Dhoni. Seeing the hate comments on MC Stan, they hit back by saying this meeting was the highest point of MS Dhoni’s career. Others jokingly said Dhoni was lucky to meet the rapper.
