Oman’s Kashyap Prajapati seems to have a soft corner for India all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja as the batter was seen imitating the latter’s famous sword celebration. As Prajapati scored a century against Zimbabwe during a match at ODI World Cup Qualifiers, the Oman batter pulled out the infamous celebration.
Coming in to open the innings for Oman, Prajapati scored a 97-ball 103. Although his team lost the match by 14 runs as Oman failed to chase 333 runs, Prajapati won hearts with his unique celebration.
After the Oman batter reached his milestone, Prajapati took off his helmet, spread his arms with his bat aloft, and soaked in all the applause. Post these common celebrations, Prajapati brought out the sword celebration. The batter swung his bat like a sword.

Both Kashyap Prajapati and Ravindra Jadeja hail from Gujarat. While the India all-rounder hails from Jamnagar, the Oman cricketer was born in Kheda. However, Prajapati moved to Oman to pursue his cricketing dreams. The right-handed batter has played 47 International matches so far for Oman wherein he has scored 1210 runs. Kashyap has two centuries and five half-centuries to his name.
