Ambati Rayudu says Rohit Sharma needs to show support to Hardik Pandya
Ever since becoming MI captain, Hardik Pandya has been subjected to abuse from fans online and in the stadium. His appointment has also caused a rift in the dressing room. Talking about the entire captaincy saga, former MI batter Ambati Rayudu said Sharma needs to show support to Pandya to stop the hate.
Rohit Sharma, Hardik Pandya, Jasprit Bumrah and Surayakumar Yadav have given their blood to the team. They have worked hard to make it a successful unit. I know they all are together, but Rohit should make a statement that he is with skipper Hardik and will help him in taking the franchise forward.Ambati Rayudu on Star Sports
MI will play their first home match on 1st April, where they face Rajasthan Royals. So far, MI have failed to win a single game, losing to Gujarat Titans and Sunrisers Hyderabad.
