With the help of Ruturaj Gaikwad’s half-century knock, Chennai Super Kings set a target of 133-5 in 20 overs against Gujarat Titans on Sunday, May 15 at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.

Talking about the match, Chennai had won the toss and opted to bat first. Opener Ruturaj Gaikwad had scored 53 off 49 balls by smashing 4 fours and a six before giving his wicket to Rashid Khan.

In the 16th over, Rashid Khan bowled a fuller delivery on middle. Ruturaj Gaikwad danced down the track and went for a big heave across the line. The ball went in the air but there was no power on that hit and the ball then went straight into the hands of Matthew Wade at the deep mid-wicket.
