MS Dhoni‘s wife Sakshi Singh Dhoni is the producer of the upcoming film Let’s Get Married, the first film under Dhoni Entertainment. The film is set to release on Friday (July 28th) and it’s a Tamil language film. Ahead of film’s release, Sakshi interacted with the media and opened up about her relationship with her husband after 13 years of marriage.
Dhoni and Sakshi tied the knot on July 4, 2010, after meeting at a hotel in Kolkata. In 2015, Sakshi gave birth to daughter Ziva Singh Dhoni. The family lives in their farmhouse in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
Sakshi got candid in that interaction and revealed that after years of marriage, there is not much romance between her and Dhoni but they do engage in lots of banter and conversation most of the time. “Men, they chase you first, and then after marriage, they are, ‘OK! She is mine only, where is she gonna go‘.
“Men come in that comfort zone. We are just bantering with each other the whole day, there is hardly any romance which is a good thing in a way for both of us,” Sakshi said during the event.
