When India head coach Rahul Dravid was asked about India’s six-hitting abilities, he joked that the players learned from his batting.

I was just showing (the team) videos of me batting, man. So they are hitting sixes now.
Dravid told the broadcaster
We have got someone (Rohit Sharma) who is the greatest six-hitter India has ever produced. It is phenomenal - the (six) hitting power, the skill, the ability. Every time they hit the ball, it seems to go out. It's amazing.

Rahul Dravid wants BCCI to manage domestic schedule

The BCCI has mandated Ranji Trophy participation for every player to get selected in the national team. This strict move from BCCI ensued when youngsters chose to train themselves for the IPL instead of joining their respective teams in the Ranji Trophy, despite warnings from BCCI secretary Jay Shah.

The BCCI also announced an incentive scheme to reward those players who feature in more Test matches. Though BCCI’s efforts were praised by fans and pundits in India, India cricketer Shardul Thakur, who plays for Mumbai in the Ranji Trophy, raised an important issue about not having enough breaks between matches.

Rahul Dravid was asked about it in the press conference after India’s series win. He said he agrees with Thakur, that BCCI needs to manage the domestic schedule as well.

You need to hear your players because they are the ones going through the grind and putting their bodies on the line, and if there are enough voices saying that, then yeah, I think there's some need to look at it and see how we can manage our schedules.
Dravid said that during the press conference

The Ranji Trophy final is currently underway between Mumbai and Vidarbha at Mumbai’s Wankhede Stadium.
