The most-awaited tournament of the year T20 World Cup 2022 is less than a week. 16 teams will clash against each other to grab the coveted trophy. Australia will be the inaugural host. A total of 45 matches will be played in seven different cities across seven venues. Sri Lanka will clash against Namibia in the tournament opener on October 16. The final is on November 15 at the MCG in Melbourne.

The 16 teams are grouped into eight teams. From 16-21 October, eight teams will clash against each other and the top two will reach Super 12. India, Pakistan, Australia, England, Afghanistan, New Zealand, South Africa, and Bangladesh have already qualified for Super 12.

Rohit Sharma-led India will open its campaign with a match against its arch-rivals Pakistan, led by Babar Azam. But before that, the Men in Blue are set to play two warm-up games against Australia and New Zealand.

For the first round and Super 12 matches, tickets for adults vary from $30 to $110. For children aged between 2-16, $5 will be charged.

For the semifinal, tickets for adults vary from $40 to %165, while for children between $10 to $20. For the final in Melbourne, prices vary from $40 to $395 for adults, for children they’re $40.
