2024 T20 World Cup fixtures announced! India and Pakistan to lock horns on THIS date in USA

On Friday (January 5), the International Cricket Council (ICC) announced the fixtures for the forthcoming 2024 T20 World Cup. The tournament is set to take place in West Indies and the USA this year and it’s also the first time an ICC tournament will be played in the USA.

Canada will lock horns with hosts USA to kick start the World Cup on June 1 in New York. The defending champions England will play their first match on June 5 against Ireland in New York.

As always, fans from across the world will eagerly wait for the India-Pakistan match. New York will host this high-voltage match on June 9.

The tournament will be held from June 1 to June 29. New York’s Lauderhill Stadium will host a total of 16 matches, while 41 matches will be played in the Caribbean’s six different islands.
