‘Thala’ MS Dhoni finally meets ‘Chinna Thala’ Suresh Raina during ENG vs IND 2nd ODI; picture goes viral
Harbhajan Singh, MS Dhoni, and Suresh Raina
Now the scene must have fulfilled many wishes of the Indian cricket fans when they saw their ‘Thala’ MS Dhoni reuniting with ‘Chinna Thala’ Suresh Raina in the stands of the iconic Lord’s during the second ODI between India and England on Thursday, July 14.
Raina took to Twitter to share three pictures that took Twitter by storm. See the pcitures below:
Fans couldn’t ask for more when Raina meeting Dhoni sent good vibes to the Chennai Super Kings fans. CSK had refused to buy Raina during the IPL mega-auction earlier this February and fans were thinking of a possible rift must have occured between Dhoni and Raina. But now, seeing their favourite stars together dismissed all the speculations. This must be the proof that Dhoni and Raina still remain ‘best friends’ outside the CSK camp as well. Not just Raina but there was another former CSK player who also caught up with the two- it was former spinner Harbhajan Singh.
Dhoni is currently in the UK where he celebrated his anniversary with Sakshi Singh and threw a birthday party for the close friends and family. He attended the Wimbledon match between Rafael Nadal and Taylore Frtiz just a day day before his birthday. He also attended the last four matches played between India and England, and in the first T20I, he could be seen giving advice to the young players.
