India’s batting stalwart Virat Kohli reached his 76th international century during the second Test between India and West Indies which is also his 500th international match. The 34-year-old reached the milestone in style as Kohli thumped Shannon Gabriel for a boundary on the off-side.

Kohli caressed Gabriel for a beautiful cover drive for a boundary to bring up another international ton. The batter then causally took off his helmet and lifted his bat to celebrate the milestone.

Kohli did not let out a roar like he used to do in his younger days. He only wore a smile on his face after he reached the milestone.

As soon as Kohli completed his 76th international century, Twitter was flooded with reactions. Fans were overwhelmed to see Virat Kohli back to his old self where he used to score centuries for fun.

This is Virat Kohli’s 29th Test century and the batter is now back in the Fab Four race. He also has the most number of centuries after 500 international matches. Sachin Tendulkar previously held the record with 75 centuries in 500 international matches.

Coming to the game, India have crossed the 300-run mark in their first innings. While Kohli scored a century, Rohit Sharma, Yashasvi Jaiswal, and Ravindra Jadeja have scored half-centuries.
