India’s batter Virat Kohli grabbed a stunning catch while fielding in slips during the first ODI between India and West Indies. Kohli pulled off a stunning one-handed catch in the second slip region to dismiss Romario Shepherd off Ravindra Jadeja’s bowling. The fielder showed quick reflexes to pull off the catch.

As Ravindra Jadeja had dismissed Rovman Powell in his last over by getting him caught in the first slip, Virat Kohli was called to stand in the second slip against the new batter. However, Kohli was not standing in the conventional position. He stood a bit closer to the batter as compared to the regular second slip position.

Ravindra Jadeja, meanwhile, bowled a full delivery outside the off-stump and managed to get some turn on the ball. Shepherd went for an expensive drive but only to manage a thick outside edge. The ball flew quickly off the wood and Kohli showed quick reflexes to latch onto it. The fielder leaped to his right and grabbed the catch with his right hand.
