The Boxing Day Test match between Pakistan and Australia was not without any entertainment. When the game resumed on Day 4 with Aussie skipper Pat Cummins and wicketkeeper Alex Carey in the middle of their second innings, the fans at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) witnessed classic fielding errors from Pakistan.

A delivery from Aamer Jamal was pushed toward the point by Cummins and he and Carey went for two runs. When Jamal failed to grab the ball when the fielder threw it toward the bowler’s end, it resulted in an overthrow.

The ball was going toward the boundary line and Imam-ul-Haq tried his best to stop it. But by the time he collected the ball, Cummins and Carey completed five runs. Cummins scored a quick 16 runs from 30 balls before Jamal was able to dismiss him with a catch from Mohammad Rizwan.
