In India, barbers can be found in every nook and corner, and it’s quite common for people to get a haircut and shave at a cheap price. Former England skipper Michael Vaughan seems to have become a fan of the roadside barbers.

On Sunday (November 12), Vaughan took to X to share a video of him getting a good old head message and a trim from his “good friend” Dinajayal on Ormiston Road in Mumbai for Diwali. In another post on Monday, he shared a picture of him getting a shave from the same barber.

Michael Vaughan advises England to learn from the work ethic of Virat Kohli

The defending champions England failed to impress much in the World Cup, registering just three wins from nine matches, and are now out of the tournament. Big names like Jos Buttler, Jonny Bairstow, Joe Root, and Liam Livingstone produced lackluster outings.

In his column for The Telegraph, Michael Vaughan advised Jos Buttler and Co. to learn from Virat Kohli’s work ethic. Vaughan asserted that a carefree attitude works for the Bazball-playing team in Test cricket, but in ODIs, one needs to be fit.

This relaxed, carefree attitude of the bazballers has been great, but it should not roll into white-ball games. In white-ball cricket you have to be fit, running between wickets and in the outfield. Look at Virat Kohli. He spends four hours running around on the field and then goes and bats for 3-4 hours and masterminds the chase. That is fitness.
