WATCH: Glenn Maxwell takes outrageous one-handed screamer to dismiss Martin Guptill

Glenn Maxwell
Australia all-rounder Glenn Maxwell grabbed a difficult diving catch to dismiss New Zealand’s Martin Guptill on Tuesday, September 6 during the first ODI of the on-going New Zealand tour in Cairns.
This happened on the fifth over on the fourth delivery by Mitchell Starc. Guptill pushed the ball that resulted the his dismissal. Guptill’s thick-ish outside edge saw the ball travelling towards the left of Maxwell at backward point. A special effort is needed to get rid of the destructive Guptill and Maxwell reacted quickly, dived and plucked the ball out of nowhere. He stretched his left hand out and the ball sticked to his palms firmly. Guptill departed after scoring six runs off 19 balls with a four.
