Hardik Pandya
When it comes to Hardik Pandya on field, one can be sure that he is a safe fielder while taking catches. But in a crucial moment in Qualifier 1 between Gujarat Titans and Rajasthan Royals, Pandya missed the catch of Jos Buttler on Tuesday, May 24 at the Eden Gardens Stadium in Kolkata.
Despite Sanju Samson’s quick-fire of 47 runs off 26, Gujarat bowlers did their job to keep the Royals in check. But Jos Buttler, whose bat had remained quiet for sometime, was slowly scoring runs in this match with a low strike rate.
But in the 17th over, when Buttler was batting on 43 off 39 balls, a ball from medium oacer Yash Dayal made the English man play if towards long off where Hardik Pandya was stationed.
