While it’s no news that MS Dhoni is not a social media buff, everyone is always eager to get just one glimpse of the man. Some lucky fans had the chance to wish him in person on the occasion of his 42nd birthday outside his farmhouse in Ranchi.

India’s legendary MS Dhoni turned 42 on Friday (7 July) and wishes poured in for Captain Cool from all parts of the world and from all of people. Fans paid tribute to Dhoni in the most unique ways possible. Two massive cut-outs of the former Indian Skipper were unfurled in Hyderabad and Nandigama.

Suresh Raina and Deepak Chahar also curated nostalgic videos to pay tribute to their CSK skipper and beloved ‘Mahi Bhai.’ Wishes poured in from cricketers, IPL franchisees, and associations from across the world.

MS Dhoni’s passionate fans had gathered outside his farmhouse in Ranchi to wish the cricketer on his birthday. While they persistently chanted his name, they were lucky enough to catch a glimpse of him.

A video of the incident was shared where MS Dhoni can be seen waving at his fans from the terrace of his farmhouse building. He can be seen accompanied by his friends and/or family members. Fans can be heard screaming with joy and bombarding him with birthday wishes.

While fans across the world still await for social media to flood with MS Dhoni’s latest photos celebrating his birthday, it was a sweet gesture by MS to wave at the fans who had been waiting outside to see and wish him in real life.
