WATCH- “Namaste Suar Ji”- Kagiso Rabada shares hilarious tips on how to not impress desi girlfriend’s parents, video breaks the internet
Kagiso Rabada
Proteas pacer Kagiso Rabada is not spared by fans and Indian cricketers when it comes to uttering Hindi words. While representing franchises in the Indian Premier League, Rabada made fans laugh with his failed attempts to speak Hindi.
Rabada appeared in RJ Karishma’s video “how to not impress desi girlfriend’s parents.” When Karishma gave him the dialogues for the father-in-law, Rabada accidentally uttered “Namaste Suar Ji” instead of “Namaste Sasur Ji.” “Suar” is a Hindi word meaning a pig.
The video starts with Rabada saying “Namaste,” which is followed by his “East or west, my saas is best (East or west my mother-in-law is best). Then he says: “Me aapke parivar ko paake dhaniya ho gya hu (I’m blessed to be part of your family),.” Instead of “Dhanya,” he ended up saying “Dhaniya,” meaning coriander leaves.
After he uttered “Suar,” Karishma corrected him and asked for apologies. But did another mistake there as well. Instead of “Sorry main kshama chahta hu (Sorry, I’d like to apologize),” he said, “Sorry me chumma chahta hu (Sorry, I want a kiss).”

The video was quick to go viral with lots of funny reactions. Even Shikhar Dhawan couldn’t stop laughing after watching this. He has played with Rabada while representing the Delhi and Punjab franchises.
