Ravi Shastri was in his element when he saw a ball boy napping during the fourth Test match between India and England at the JSCA International Stadium in Ranchi. Shastri was doing his job in the commentary box during the match on Friday (February 23).
Joe Root and Tom Hartley were batting during the 72nd over when the incident happened. When the camera panned toward the sleeping ball boy, Shastri said, “Well, looks like that guy had some very nice tea.” It seemed the noise from the crowd woke the boy up.
The boy could be seen yawning and out of boredom, he simply flipped a bottle before getting some relief from itching by scratching. With Shastri’s commentary, fans found the entire thing hilarious, so the video quickly went viral.
Oh! The big yawn. Yeah, wake up, wake up! Have a glass of water. Cricket is getting interesting. Wake up, oh boy. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah."Shastri said on-air

India vs England Day 1 match recap
After winning the toss, England skipper Ben Stokes chose to bat first. Opener Zak Crawley played aggressively, scoring 42 runs from 42 balls. But his opening partner Ben Duckett could score just 11 runs from 21 balls.
After Ollie Pope got out for a duck, Joe Root steadied the innings by playing his natural game without any fancy shots because of Bazball. He remained unbeaten for 106 runs from 226 balls with nine fours.
Root will start Day 2 along with Ollie Robinson, who scored 31 runs from 60 balls. Apart from these batters, Jonny Bairstow added a quick 35-ball 38 runs, while Ben Foakes scored 47 runs from 126 balls.
India debutant Akash Deep picked up three wickets in his 17 overs. Mohammed Siraj got two, while Ravindra Jadeja and Ravichandran Ashwin scored one wicket each. England have so far scored 302 runs for the loss of seven wickets.
