WATCH: Rishabh Pant painlessly walks by himself at Mumbai Airport, fans overwhelmed to see his quick recovery
With the video going viral on social media in no time, fans were overjoyed to see the wicketkeeper batter recovering quickly.

Rishabh Pant spotted at Mumbai Airport
India wicketkeeper batter Rishabh Pant is recovering quickly from the injuries he sustained during a car accident in December 2022. Pant’s latest video from Mumbai Airport is a testimony to that. The 25-year-old who underwent surgery on his right knee and was walking with the help of crutches a few days back, was seen walking painlessly at the Mumbai Airport.
Pant also looked confident while he walked and chatted with the paparazzi. Notably, the Delhi-born cricketer has been out of action since January as Pant suffered multiple injuries in a car accident. He underwent surgery in Mumbai under the supervision of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) doctors. Now, after four months, Pant looks in much better shape.
With the video going viral on social media in no time, fans were overjoyed to see the wicketkeeper batter recovering quickly. While many said they were missing Pant in action, a few fans wished he gets ready for the World Cup.

Will Rishabh Pant be able to return before World Cup?

As much as the fans want Rishabh Pant back for the ODI World Cup, it seems almost impossible for the wicketkeeper batter to be match-ready in just six months. Pant would be needing at least seven to eight months to be match fit. But that would come with its limitations. He will not be able to keep wickets as it would put even more stress on his knees.
A Cricbuzz report also claimed the same thing. “The general impression is that he is recovering faster than anticipated, but it will take seven to eight months to be cricket-fit. That said it could take even longer for him to do the wicketkeeping and the initial comeback period will have to be solely as a batter, which is still considered an asset,” claimed the report.
