When is Rishabh Pant expected to make a comeback?

Although Rishabh Pant is making good progress at a quick pace, reports in the media claim that the wicketkeeper batter might need 6-7 months more at the least to be fully match-fit. Pant might take even more time to be fit enough for wicketkeeping. So, the 25-year-old is set to miss the Asia Cup as well as the ODI World Cup.
“The general impression is that he is recovering faster than anticipated, but it will take seven to eight months to be cricket-fit. That said it could take even longer for him to do the wicketkeeping and the initial comeback period will have to be solely as a batter, which is still considered an asset,” claimed a Cricbuzz report.
