Both India and England are in a tight spot on Day 3 of the fourth Test at the JSCA International Stadium in Ranchi. However, India captain Rohit Sharma‘s remark caught by stump mic did not fail to provide entertainment to the watchers of the game.

During the 30th over of England’s innings on Sunday (February 25), Ravindra Jadeja‘s delivery to English skipper Ben Stokes made umpire Rod Tucker give the decision in England’s favor. So India decided to signal for the DRS. But before taking the DRS, Sharma told his boys to use their brains properly before signaling for the DRS with one second left.

After India’s review, in the replays, the impact was in the line. The ball would have crashed onto the leg stump but thanks to the umpire’s call, Stokes did not lose his wicket.

In the third Test in Rajkot, Stokes was not happy with the DRS decisions on opener Zak Crawley. Due to this reason, he said the umpire’s call should be scrapped.

It is not something you pin down as a result of the game. So many factors in it. Sometimes, when you are on the wrong end of those decisions it hurts, but that is part of the game. You want them to go your way come, sometimes they do, sometimes they don't.
Stokes told TalkSport after the third Test

Stokes scored just four runs from 13 balls in the second innings. Kuldeep Yadav, in the 33rd over, bowled him out to bag his second wicket.
