After Eoin Moragn stepped down from captaincy and Jos Buttler was handed the reigns, the latter is still in search for victory in any limited-overs series. The wicket-keeper batter also didn’t score much runs with the bat.

In Originals’ opening game against Northern Superchargers, Buttler scored 59 runs off 41 balls but it had gone vain because the Adam Lyth’s 51 runs off 30 balls helped the Superchargers win by six wickets.
