It’s no news that former Indian skipper Virat Kohli has a bizarre number of look-alikes in the country, but this one’s near-perfect resemblance to the cricketer has left his fans puzzled. The video of the doppelganger has been going viral on the internet.

Kartik Sharma, a Software Engineer from Haryana recently posted a video on Instagram elaborating on how fans have always mistaken him for the modern-day legend, Virat Kohli. Sharma’s uncanny resemblance to Kohli has taken everyone by surprise.

Kartik shared in the video how even though he could not take up cricket professionally, it still remains his true passion. Fans always gather around him to take selfies, some mistaking him for Virat Kohli while others took one out of surprise.

Virat Kohli celebrated his 29th Test century in style

Talking about Virat Kohli, he just scored his 29th Test century in scintillating fashion against the West Indies. He brought up his 76th international hundred in 206 deliveries. After he scored his century, he kissed his wedding ring and bowed down to celebrate this feat. His bowing down celebration was similar to that of Ishan Kishan’s.

With this century, Virat Kohli registered his first overseas century since 2018 and equalled Sir Don Bradman’s record of scoring 29 Test centuries.
