WATCH: Virat Kohli bursts into laughter while chatting with MS Dhoni in post-match interaction
Both Dhoni and Kohli have shared words of praise for each other in the media time and again.
The match between Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) ended with MS Dhoni’s team clinching it by eight runs. Despite Glenn Maxwell and Faf du Plessis putting on a show in the middle, RCB fell short and their fans’ dream to see them win a game by chasing a 200+ total got prolonged. Nevertheless, unlike previous seasons, RCB stayed alive in the contest till the end and the fans seemed happy about that.
Another moment that made both RCB and CSK fans happy or better say Dhoni and Kohli fans happy was the two players having a casual chat after the match was over. As CSK beat RCB, Kohli was obviously dejected but as soon as he got around his Mahi bhai, the former RCB skipper was jovial and lively.
Kohli was seen nodding along as Dhoni spoke. On one occasion, Kohli was seen bursting into laughter as Dhoni seemed to crack a joke in his typical style. The video of the same went viral on social media with fans not getting over this lovely bond between Kohli and Dhoni.
In another video, it was Kohli who was cracking the jokes while Dhoni was just enjoying the show.

Kohli shares genuine bond with Dhoni
This is not the first time the two cricketers are seen joking around. Both Dhoni and Kohli have shared words of praise for each other in the media time and again. Kohli also revealed that it was Dhoni who genuinely reached out to him when the star batter was going through a lean patch.
“What is interesting is that throughout this phase apart from Anushka, who has been the biggest source of strength for me because she has been with me throughout this whole time and she has seen me very closely as how have I felt, things that I have gone through, the kind of things that have happened…the only person who, apart from my childhood coach and family…genuinely reached out to me has been MS Dhoni,” Kohli had revealed on the RCB Podcast.
