Before Asia Cup 2022, fans have already started approaching their favourite stars for autographs and selfies. Another Pakistani fan had also reached the venue to meet Kohli. The fan was stopped by the security officials and Kohli kept walking away initially. However, he noticed the fan and asked the security guards to let him meet him.

“I am not a fan of anyone but Virat Kohli, for whom I have come from Pakistan hoping to get a picture clicked with him. I waited for an entire month for this so the moment he finished his practice and was about to go back to his hotel, I tried a lot. He is an amazing person besides being a fabulous cricketer. He listened to me and agreed to my request of getting the selfie clicked,” the fan told PakTV.

Worth watching how India will avenge the forgetful defeat

Asia Cup will start from August 27 with the opening match between Sri Lanka and Afghanistan. But the entire cricket fraternity is waiting for the high-profile match the next day where the two rival nations, India and Pakistan will clash against each other.

It will be inetersting to see if Pakistan were able to repeat what they did to India last year in ICC T20 World Cup, thrashing the Men in Blue by 10 wickets for the first time in World Cups. But since Babar Azam‘s Men in Green won’t have the advantage of the star pacer Shaheen Shah Afridi, who had been one of the reasons behind India’s defeat, it’ll be worth watching how Rohit Sharma‘s India will avenge the forgetful defeat.
