KL Rahul and Quinton de Kock had the season’s highest run-scoring opening partnership. CSK bowlers are being thrashed by Lucknow Super Giants, who have not lost a single wicket in 11 overs. During their 211-run chase against CSK at Brabourne Stadium, both openers are playing some exquisite shots. They are quickly chasing down this massive score, and it appears that their batting will lead LSG to their first win of the season.
Quinton de Kock has also completed his half-century in this chase, and after his fifty, LSG skipper KL Rahul was caught on 40 runs, and the team lost their first wicket on 99 runs. Dwaine Pretorius, CSK’s debutant, caught the first fish, and this wicket could be the start of something good for CSK in the second innings.

Lucknow captain KL Rahul lost his shoe midway through the first over of the match after being asked to chase 211. Commentators speculated that it could be due to the wet ground conditions. It did, however, make for a hilarious sight for spectators as the game had to be paused for a brief intermission.
