“Worried about her parents” this RCB fan’s unique vow goes viral! Cricket fraternity reacts
Amit Mishra and RCB fan
The Indian Premier League has become a religion for the Indian cricket fans. They wait for the two months of the summer to watch their favorite star and franchise play their best games. The craze is such that people have started making life decisions according to the results of the matches.
A middle-aged woman also held a placard to signal that she won’t marry until the Royal Challengers Bangalore wins the IPL trophy during the RCB vs Chennai Super Kings match. “Not getting married till RCB wins IPL trophy,” she wrote on the poster. Netzines took to Twitter and shared hilarious comments on her. A man also stood beside this woman and was caught peeping into his neighbor’s text.
In another match, the cameraman had also captured a young man posed at the stadium with the placard that claimed that he will resign from his job if Hardik Pandya scored 50. And Pandya did score fifty against the Sunrisers Hyderabad. Twitterati started pulling his legs over this.
CSK thrashed RCB to win their first match in IPL 2022
Meanwhile, CSK posted a mammoth 216/4 with the help of Shivam Dube’s unbeaten 95 and Robin Uthappa’s 88. RCB responded with a quick fall of wickets. They were reduced to 50/4 and if not the middle-orders showed their depth of batting, RCB would have lost the match with a big margin.
But thankfully, Shahbaz Ahmed’s 41 off 27, debutant Suyash Prabhudessai’s 34 off 18, and in-form Dinesh Karthik’s quick 34 off 14 gave a tough fight to CSK. In the last over, Mohammed Siraj awed the fans with his own version of helicopter shot and interestingly MS Dhoni, the inventor of this shot was right behind the stumps.
But RCB scored 193 runs and lost the match by 23 runs. With this won, CSK clenched their first victory in IPL 2022.
