Two-time tournament winners and last year’s runners-up Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) have named their four retentions ahead of the forthcoming season. Andre Russell, Varun Chakravarthy, Venkatesh Iyer, and Sunil Narine are set to once again play for KKR in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022.

Their four retained players include two fast-bowling all-rounders in the form of Russell and Iyer. On the other hand, they have also secured two quality spinners in Narine and Chakravarthy for the 15th edition of the Indian cash-rich league.
