“Rishi Dhawan is better all-rounder than Hardik Pandya” – Twitterati lauds the Himachal Pradesh cricketer

Rishi Dhawan and Hardik Pandya

Himachal Pradesh captain Rishi Dhawan led his side from the front with his terrific performance in the 2021 Vijay Hazare Trophy Final match against Tamil Nadu. The all-rounder played a quick-fire knock of 42 runs of just 23 balls to help HP lift their maiden title on Sunday.

Dhawan received massive applauds on social media as he earlier produced a brilliant spell of 10-0-62-3 with the ball as well. Moreover, he has done consistently well throughout the tournament. The 31-year-old amassed 416 runs in seven innings alongside 14 wickets for his domestic team in VHT 2021.

Following this, a number of social media users asked for his comeback in the national side as the team has been in a constant search for a fast-bowling all-rounder. The fans even went on to reckon that Rishi Dhawan is better than Hardik Pandya, who has been struggling with his form and injury concerns in recent years.
