Playing the last ball of the first innings, Gaikwad only had the option of hitting a six to reach his ton as he was playing at 95 off 59.

On the last delivery, Rahman bowled a short-length ball and the CSK batter managed to hit over the mid-wicket. As the ball crossed the boundary, the whole CSK dugout erupted in joy to celebrate Ruturaj’s first ton in the T20 extravaganza.
