Be it choking the flow of runs or claiming wickets at regular intervals, there’s hardly anything that the Indian spearhead can’t do with the ball in hand.
Bumrah’s unusual bowling action and his awkward pace and bounce are some of his greatest strengths in front of any batter. As a result, many aspiring and professional bowlers have tried emulating his action. In fact, the internet is flooded with videos of people trying to replicate the 27-year-old’s set of movements while bowling and its latest variant was recently spotted in the European Cricket Championship.

The user who posted the video on Twitter jokingly captioned it “Bumrah lite”. The video has thus far gained over 11,000 views.
Meanwhile, Jasprit Bumrah is currently playing for the franchise of Mumbai Indians (MI) in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Moreover, he has continued his impressive form from the red-ball series in England, taking 16 wickets in his first 11 games.
Unfortunately for him, the MI Paltan haven’t been on a roll this season and are struggling to get a berth in the playoffs. With five wins in 11 games, the Rohit Sharma-led side is currently placed fifth in the team standings.
Following the cash-rich league, Jasprit Bumrah is set to lead the Indian pace attack at the much-awaited 2021 ICC T20 World Cup. With the global event also taking place in UAE alongside Oman, the speedster would be determined to do well just like IPL 2021.
