IPL 2022: [WATCH] CSK celebrates net bowler Rocky’s birthday, MS Dhoni feeds him a cake

The 15th season of the IPL starts in a few days. IPL team Chennai Super Kings also began practising after reaching Surat. In a video released by CSK, it was announced today is the birthday of Net Bowler Rocky. It was during such a situation that Rocky’s birthday was celebrated by cutting a cake by the entire team of CSK, which was in Surat. CSK captain MS Dhoni fed Rocky a cake for his birthday.

Josh Little has been selected by CSK to be a net bowler under Dhoni’s captaincy during the entire IPL season in 2022. This was announced via social media by Ireland Cricket.

Schedule of CSK games in IPL 2022

The BCCI has announced the schedule of the 15th IPL season. A total of 70 league matches and four playoff matches will be played. The 15th edition will begin with a blockbuster between Chennai Super Kings and Kolkata Knight Riders at the Wankhede Stadium on March 26.

In its first double-header, the league will begin on March 27 with the Delhi Capitals taking on Mumbai Indians in Brabourne. The second match between Punjab Kings and Royal Challengers Bangalore will start at 7:30 pm at DY Patil Stadium.

In the 15th season of the IPL, there will be 12 double-header matches. The first match will begin at 3:30 PM IST, while all evening matches will begin at 7:30 PM IST. On 22 May, Sunrisers Hyderabad will play Punjab Kings at Wankhede Stadium for the final league match of the IPL 2022. The playoff and final matches will be announced later.

CSK team is practicing at the Lal Bhai Contractor Stadium in Surat. This stadium was selected due to its similarity to the ground in Mumbai, which will host league matches. On Sunday, the CSK team held its first practice session, in which captain MS Dhoni also participated.
