Mahendra Singh Dhoni and his one-liners are always a hit. Over the years, the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) captain has stunned everyone with his one-line answers to questions about his retirement from the Indian Premier League (IPL). While Dhoni’s “Definitely not” and “But I haven’t left behind” was already winning the internet, the CSK skipper came up with another savage response to the query about his IPL retirement.
As MS Dhoni walked out for the toss during his team’s match against Lucknow Super Giants (LSG), the presenter asked him how he was enjoying the support from the fans in his swansong season. It was then the CSK skipper floored everyone with his one-line answer. “You have decided it’s my last IPL, not me,” said Dhoni with a broad smile on his face.
This response from Dhoni was received very well by the fans in the stadium as they roared as the presenter said that “He will be back”. Not just the fans in the stadium, cricket Twitter also seemed pretty happy to discover that MS Dhoni has not yet decided on his IPL retirement and there is a chance to see him again.

While this reply from MS Dhoni took the internet by storm, CSK bowlers wreaked havoc against home team Lucknow Super Giants. After opting to bowl first, CSK landed the first blow as Moeen Ali sent back dangerous Kyle Mayers. Maheesh Theekshana then accounted for Manan Vohra and Krunal Pandya on consecutive deliveries. Ravindra Jadeja then cleaned up Marcus Stoinis with a peach of a delivery to further sink the Super Giants.
