CSGO: Shroud Says “CSGO is Dying”
Shroud is most versatile and mechanically Professional gamer, Shroud who transited to ‘Mixer’ a Microsoft platform to stream Akin to Twitch. Has now made a return to twitch after the complete takedown of Microsoft’s Streaming platform Mixer. He shifted back to twitch calling it “Home”
The FPS player says that CSGO is Dying, analysing many players are now transiting to Valorant and are getting free without contracts.
The founder of the North American eSports organization Nadeshot. 100 Thieves made an announcement on October 12th that 100T Will be quitting the CSGO Scene.
The overall performances of the 100 Thieves’ roster have always been excellent and impressive during tournaments. They recently bagged 2nd Place in IEM New York North America 2020 Tournament.
What Shroud Said?
In a video on his you tube channel Shroud gave an explanation on why CSGO is Shrinking day by day.
Specifically, in the North America Region “There are few NA teams now. NA as a whole is not popular at all.”
Now having team Liquid and EG in NA region, the rest of the teams are European.
He further states that “CSGO is undeniably dying, but players are still getting paid like $40,000
a month. I don’t understand where there is money coming from and still pumping.”
Shroud was once a professional CSGO player by which he made his name and fame, he was a player in one of the renowned organizations Cloud9, he officially retired on April 18th, 2018. He was known as the game-changer in CSGO
Even after leaving CSGO, he continued his profession as a gamer on YouTube, Twitch, and Mixer. He has a huge fan following even today, for his skills and aggressive gameplay.
His views and analysis are predominantly considerable; however, many don’t agree with this considering the end of one team can bring raise to another team and CSGO will never shrink.
