After the match, English all-rounder Liam Livingstone was quizzed about Morgan's claim to which the former dismissed the worries, saying that nothing wrong with the team.

Eoin Morgan thinks there is something unsettled in the dressing room of the English team. The defending champions are not at all enjoying a good run in the 2023 World Cup as they could pull off just one victory in six matches. Their lone win came against Bangladesh.

Their last defeat came against host India, by 100 runs. After the match, English all-rounder Liam Livingstone was quizzed about Morgan’s claim to which the former dismissed the worries, saying that nothing wrong with the team.

Livingstone told reporters after England’s defeat to India at the Ekana Sports City in Lucknow, said:

Everybody in that dressing room has got immense respect for Morgs.

He further said:

We all love Morgs, but hand on heart there is nothing going wrong with the team.

Liam Livingstone lands nastily on Ekana’s outfield after grabbing Rohit Sharma’s catch

During that match between India and England, Rohit Sharma played like a lone warrior despite the regular fall of wickets. He made 87 runs and got dismissed by a catch from Liam Livingstone off Adil Rashid‘s bowling.

While catching the ball, his knee got stuck on the grass. He felt intense pain as he hurt his knee, and the physio had to enter the field to check him.

After this incident, the Ekana outfield has come under the scanner. Social media criticized the outfield as well as the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) for scheduling matches at the stadium. Along with Ekana, the outfield at the HPCA Stadium in Dharamshala was also criticized, given that several players found it troublesome to field there and saved themselves from almost getting injured.
