On Wednesday, while the county still settled down after electing its next president, the Cowboys shared the concerning news about Prescott. NFL Network’s Jane Slater broke the news.
Prescott claimed that he felt something that he had never felt before during his other various injuries. It was completely new, which elevated the concern considering the Cowboys sit with just three wins after nine weeks of football.

Rush appears to be the prime candidate to replace Dak for the next few games. McCarthy has confidence in Rush.
Rush has a 5-1 record while starting games for the Cowboys. He has thrown over 1700 yards (played 30 games but started only 6), nine touchdowns, and six interceptions with a completion rate of 70. His first test will be to secure a win over the 6-2 Philadelphia Eagles in week 10.
