Should we race somewhere else for the final race of the year? We probably should move it around. I think that Phoenix has had a great run. But I’ve got to give Phoenix credit, they have put a ton of money into that race track.

While further talking about the point, Dale Jr. pointed out that the track isn’t a bad facility as there is enough space for all the activities, with a lot of money being invested into it. He highlighted how the interior and exterior of the tracks is made for the comfort of the fans.

It’s not a bad facility to go and have a good experience. You can move around, there’s a lot of room in all the garage areas as a fan, the media center’s great. All of the interior of the racetrack and exterior of the racetrack is cooled, tons of camping.

One other major point of discussion after the season finale was the issue with the championship format, as the playoff favoring one off win more. There’s no going back to the season-long championship format. It’s just not going to happen. NASCAR is trying to find the best version of this format, and it will keep changing until they get closer to that.

The points made by Junior seems rational, as there is no going back from the playoff format. The chase system gives more drama and story lines, losing it won’t do any good fort the sport. On the contrary it will only hurt the sport.
