The wrestling world unfortunately went through the passing away of another wrestling legend in the form of Sid Eudy, popularly known as Sycho Sid. Many wrestlers paid tribute to the former WWE Champion, including Damian Priest, who dropped a reference to Sid during the latest episode of Monday Night Raw.
The Terror Twins confronted The Judgment Day once again on the latest episode of Raw. They were looking for revenge after being brutally beaten down by the faction last week. The duo was able to get the upper hand on their former faction and sent their former stablemates scurrying away. As Dominik Mysterio, Finn Balor, and Liv Morgan were walking away, The Archer of Infamy screamed at them that Rhea Ripley and he were the masters and rulers of this world.
This was a reference to Sycho Sid, who was known as ‘The Master and Ruler of the World.’ After the show, WWE posted a photo of Priest and Ripley. The former World Heavyweight Champion re-posted the photo on his X account. Further, he captioned it with the same quote that he had said during the latest episode of Raw. The Puerto Rican is set to partner up with Ripley to face Morgan and Mysterio in a mixed tag team match at Bash in Berlin.
Sycho Sid’s son, Gunnar Eudy, confirmed the passing of his father on Facebook. He said that his dad had been battling cancer for years and finally succumbed to his illness. Furthermore, he will announce the details of a memorial service soon.
Damian Priest reveals the most shocking and villainous moment he ever witnessed in WWE
The bald version of Randy Orton in 2009 is widely regarded as one of the most menacing villains that WWE has ever seen. Damian Priest clearly does not deviate from this sentiment either. During an interview with WWE Pop Questions, the 41-year-old revealed what he thought was the most villainous moment in all of WWE history.

Randy Orton and Triple H were involved in a heated feud for the WWE Championship leading up to WrestleMania 25. During an episode of Raw, the two superstars got into a confrontation. This eventually led to the King of Kings being handcuffed to the ring ropes. The Viper then ruthlessly hit Hunter’s wife, Stephanie McMahon, with a draped DDT.
That whole thing with Randy Orton hitting Stephanie with an RKO while Hunter was tied up was crazy though. We know what happened there. That was by far the wildest thing.
Damian Priest on WWE Pop Question
Orton picked up the hammer and contemplated something malicious. The Apex Predator changed his mind, put down the hammer, and got onto his knees. He proceeded to kiss an unconscious McMahon lying on the ground. Meanwhile, Triple H was forced to watch while being handcuffed and helpless.
