UFC Head honcho Dana White aims to make UFC 300 as memorable as ever. It has exciting fights from a featured legacy headliner to an All-Chinese co-main to the ‘BMF’ strap and much more. Now, he has announced the T-Mobile Arena card from Las Vegas to make huge buyouts. Not only ESPN MMA (ESPN, ESPN+) is selling the matchups costing $79.99 a unit, but it’s also the 4th such PPV card with an early purchase for $69.99.

Boasting 12 current or former titleholders, the card features big names like Alex Pereira, Aljamain Sterling, Max Holloway, Holly Holm, Justin Gaethje, and others. Thus making the PPV card the best out of those 4. Prelims will be available to Hulu SVOD subscribers for the 1st time. UFC CEO spoke about the immense success of the historic PPV ahead of fight night to Adam Stern. Moreover, ESPN official Matt Kenny talked about the storytelling involved in the UFC.

We’re storytellers at heart... and UFC is a massive event category that we have helped bring to the forefront over the last six years. One of the most inspiring aspects of our relationship is that the status quo is never an option, so with a unique event like UFC 300... it allows us to continue to work across the organization to find creative ways to help tell the UFC story...

UFC 100 did 1.6 million PPV units; UFC 200 had 1.3 million buyouts. With most feature active/former champions ever, this card is shaping up similarly. As for the live gate, CEO White expects a whooping $16.5M. Consensus PPV king Conor McGregor, with top 10 UFC listings buyouts, tops the list with $17.7M (2016 versus Eddie Alvarez). UFC 229: Khabib vs. McGregor falls shy with $17.2M.

White also told Sports Business Journal that ESPN MMA is airing more than 100 hours of hosted sponsored broadcasting, dwarfing any other so far. California agency MOcean has already released some promos. The numbers thus go up more. As of now, the $79.99/unit block each sits at 1 million units reported. Summing up to a spectacular sum of around $95M!

The UFC 300 pre-fight Media Day, official face-off, and press conference are already over. From nose-to-nose fiery staredowns between ‘Do Bronx’ and Tsarukyan to mutual respect of the ‘BMF’ rivals, the event saw it all. To top it off, Pereira and Hill had one intense build-up to it. After MMA Junkie‘s Mike Bohn nudged that the promotion awarded $100,000 bonuses at UFC 100, Dana White announced a $300,000 sum bonus. Check all of these snippets down below:

Concurrently, featherweight competitor Sodiq Yusuff pushed for more  — early prelims, prelims, and main card bonuses. White, however, scolded the idea of $1.2 million in bonuses and settled for “Performance of the Night” and Fight of the Night bonuses. The official Ceremonial weigh-ins take place at 7 p.m. ET at MGM Grand Garden Arena. That, too, is sure to bring out more eventful new nibbles and staredowns.
