Daniel Cormier the former Heavyweight Champion of UFC appeared on the talk show with Helwani. Daniel Cormier has announced retirement from UFC after he lost the fight against his arch-rival Stipe Miocic.
DC MMA talked to halwani about many things on the show they talked about Colby and Woodley, Khmazat training, and much more.
DC MMA has already told that he is not coming back to UFC but he is still actively following it and staying connected to the sport.
The Borz MMA, Khamzat Chimaev has been praised by many of the UFC’s greatest fighter after his legendary winning streak.
Cormier also praised this young guy and said he a very bright future ahead.
The words of wisdom for Khamzat during the show
While talking to Helwani, Cormier said that “By 2021, Khamzat Chimaev is fighting for the belt or is the champ. In 2021, Khamzat Chimaev is the double champ. 170 and 185…. He goes up and down. He can fight everybody”.
Khamzat’s pound and bang have been exhibited in his last eight fights where he defeated all his opponents one by one.
He knocked out his last opponent in 15 seconds with just one punch and got the whole world talking about him.
After being getting praised by The DC MMA, Khamzat will sure feel proud. The double UFC champ thinks Khamzat will also hold two belts in his hands one day.
It is still a long journey for Khamzat before he gets his title shot, but this fighter is not stopping at any cost.
Now let’s see, until when the Khamzat hype will carry one. He will continue to defeat his opponents one by one or anyone will come and break his streak.
But it is definite that in the upcoming days he’ll be hearing many more good words about him.
