Darren Till has let the world know about his impressions of Marvin Vettori performance against Kevin Holland on 11th April at UFC Vegas 23. Darren Till was originally scheduled to fight the main event bout against Marvin today but was unfortunately pulled off. The English fighter met with an injury on his collar bone which led to him being scrapped from the fight.
Darren Till is currently ranked number five in the Middleweight division and Vettori was determined to win the fight against him. If Marvin had won the fight against Till that would’ve seen him in a title bout for his next fight. But after the injury called Till, Kevin Holland had to step up under a week’s notice.
Marvin Vettori absolutely dominated Kevin Holland in the main event. The Italian won the bout via a split decision after the five rounds. Kevin Holland like his last did not have answers to the opponent’s takedowns. Darren Till nevertheless was not impressed by his original opponent’s fighting as he let it be known via Twitter.
“As for marv… sorry ork. It wasn’t the prettiest win but a wins a win and it means so much to him you can see. That fight told me he knew he couldn’t strike with me so he was going to try take me down Even if he were to succeed in takedowns he wouldn’t of been able to keep me there,” wrote Darren Till on his Twitter.

Darren Till though not being able to fight the main event of UFC Vegas 23, sure did watch the entire event and entertain his fans on Twitter. The English fighter let us know his thoughts on the fight between Marvin Vettori and Kevin Holland. Darren was clearly not impressed by the Italian’s performance despite the win.
Darren Till let us know how the fight would’ve gone down if not for his injury. He continued to write, “There I would of hurt this man for five rounds on the feet But hey who the fuck am I to talk? I pulled out of the fight so every right I have goes out the window with that Whatever happens for Marvin next good luck I’m sure we’ll meet soon I’ve got a fake injury to recover from.”
