Dave Bautista starred in the recent blockbuster movie, Dune 2. Ahead of its release, the WWE legend spoke candidly about working alongside co-star Austin Butler. In an interview with IMDb, he revealed that performing with Butler was “effortless.” While heaping praise on the actor, Bautista reflected on getting to know him personally.

The wrestler-turned-actor was surprised by how Butler showed interest in not only his acting but also his wrestling career. When asked why he felt so, Bautista expressed that, despite being in the position he is, he views himself as lucky to be working with the biggest actors in the world. Moreover, the 55-year-old claimed that this is how he’s always been.

While speaking to Arizona News, the 55-year-old revealed that it was easy for him to play his character, Glossu Rabbban.

Bautista explained that one of the things he learned from his wrestling career was to be angry. Surprisingly, Big Dave mentioned that he struggled prior to getting on-screen in WWE. To let go of his anxiety, he would walk out of the curtain and scream, which helped him relax significantly as well.

Speaking of his time in WWE, fans are eagerly anticipating his next appearance. And, as for his well-deserved Hall of Fame induction, Bautista wasn’t available during last year’s WrestleMania weekend in Los Angeles. Furthermore, there was no indication that the former World Heavyweight Champion was contemplated for this year’s event.
