Arsenal midfielder Declan Rice and new defensive signing Riccardo Calafiori have impressed audiences with their performances on the pitch. The duo made headlines on Monday as they were spotted in attendance of a Fashion Week show at the Emirates. Calafiori showed off his style from the stands as Rice walked the ramp for Labrum.
Arsenal‘s £105 million signing took to the runway in a dark blue designer suit, complete with Adidas shoes and a white shawl. As for Riccardo Calafiori, the Italian sported an all denim outfit, complete with a denim vest, flaunting his arm tattoos. The 22-year-old is currently out of action with a bizarre injury picked up during the international break. Rice spoke about the possibility of him choosing fashion as a career path after football.

Calafiori is expected to be back before the end of the month while Martin Odegaard will be out for another month.
Fans react as Arsenal players show off their style at London Fashion Week
As Calafiori and Declan Rice flaunted their style, a fan commented that the former is making the best use of his time in recovery. After recently opening an Instagram account to post ‘every picture’ he’s taken, Rice’s new venture into fashion made a fan comment that he’s the most ‘versatile’ footballer at the club. A fan laughed at how Calafiori left Italy solely to spread the gospel of fashion in the country.
Rival fans made use of the opportunity to make fun of the players, with one fan stating that they should stick to fashion and not bother playing for club or country. The timing of their partnership made a few even doubt if the injury and red card were intentional.
Arsenal play their next game against Atalanta in the Champions League on Thursday night before playing their most difficult game of the season yet – away to Manchester City. Mikel Arteta recently orchestrated a 1-0 win over local rivals Tottenham Hotspur, as the Spaniard became the first manager in Arsenal’s history to win three consecutive away games against Spurs.
