The WrestleMania season in WWE often brings along with it highly interesting feuds, stellar matches, shocking returns and huge events. Another notable part of this time period is the Hall of Fame ceremony. Every year, the promotion commemorates those who dedicated their lives to entertaining fans. Additionally, they made a significant contribution to the professional wrestling industry.
According to Fightful, Demolition, comprising Ax and Smash, as potential inductees for the 2025 Hall of Fame class remain in backstage discussions. It is not known whether Crush will also be inducted alongside them as a group if these plans do come to fruition.
Demolition has had a rough relationship with WWE ever since their departure from the company. The legendary tag team has filed multiple lawsuits against the Stamford-based promotion over naming rights. Furthermore, Ax also tried to legally claim that the name “Demolition” belonged to him.
Under WWE’s current regime, Demolition – Ax & Smash have been brought up as potential 2025 #WWEHOF Inductees, but no word of it has been nailed down.

It now appears that this relationship has mended in recent times. Demolition recently signed a legends contract with the company. This contract allows them to have official WWE-licensed merchandise, make appearance in WWE games, and even come out with toys, action figures and the likes.
Triple H and Michelle McCool will be inducted into the Hall of Fame on April 18th
WWE kicked off the announcements for the 2025 Hall of Fame class by announcing that Triple H will be the first inductee this year. During a recent Town Hall meeting at WWE Headquarters, Hunter’s closest aides, like Stephanie McMahon, Shawn Michaels, and The Undertaker, all caught him off guard by announcing him as the first member of this year’s class.

Just a few days ago, WWE announced Michelle McCool as the second inductee for the 2025 Hall of Fame class. Despite her significant contributions to women’s wrestling, the All-American Diva has often been overlooked. However, WWE is now set to honor her achievements by inducting her into the Hall of Fame, where she will join her husband, The Undertaker.
The 45-year-old is a trailblazer in her own right. Alongside being a two-time Women’s Champion, she has also made history as the inaugural Diva’s Champion.
2025 is already shaping up to be a strong year for the WWE Hall of Fame class. Fans are eagerly awaiting more inductees and the surprises WWE has in store. This year’s class will be officially inducted on April 18th during the Hall of Fame ceremony. As tradition dictates, these legends will also make a special appearance at WrestleMania.
