Brittany Mahomes, with her bump, and Taylor Swift enjoyed the recently concluded Kansas City Chiefs game together in the box despite rumors of political differences setting them apart. Both Mahomes and Swift have been outspoken about their political leanings in recent months.

Swift is known for her advocacy of progressive causes and her endorsements of Democratic candidates. In contrast, Mahomes has expressed support for Republican candidates. She has been liking posts endorsing conservative policies and Donald Trump’s views. Mahomes’ behavior closely aligns with the political opinions shared by some of her closest family and friends.

Last season, Swift and Brittany Mahomes were nearly inseparable at Chiefs games, often sitting side by side in a suite whenever the former could attend. At one point, they even created a special celebratory handshake to mark each Chiefs touchdown. This season, however, they seem to start off sitting separately but eventually join up as the game goes on. Even today, Swift initially sat in between her mother and her beau Travis Kelce’s mom.

The American election showdown is fiercely dependent on certain swing states. As the Democrat and Republican candidate look to take the stronghold, Hollywood A-listers and celebrities have joined to endorse the campaigners.

Showbiz icons like Oprah Winfrey and Beyonce have appeared alongside Kamala Harris, 60, at her campaign events, urging voters to show up at the polls. Meanwhile, Trump, 78, has garnered support from high-profile figures like Tesla CEO Elon Musk and former WWE star Hulk Hogan. Joe Rogan provided a last-minute endorsement for the Republican candidate on the eve of Election Day.

Taylor Swift urges fans to vote on Election Day after Chiefs game

On the eve of election night, Swift shared a reminder to vote, in a post celebrating the conclusion of the U.S. leg of her Eras Tour. The famed singer finished her US leg in Indianapolis with Travis Kelce sitting in the box. Swift will eventually finish her Eras Tour in Canada next month.

In September, Swift endorsed Kamala Harris and Tim Walz and urged fans to vote. In her social media post, Swift noted that she has done her research. She expressed her confidence in the candidate, describing her as a steady and talented leader. Furthermore, Swift added that Harris could help the country achieve much more under calm, rather than chaotic, leadership.
