Didier Deschamps backs Paul Pogba to succeed
Didier Deschamps is certain that Paul Pogba will be able to make a comeback and has shown confidence in him. Both of them won the 2018 World Cup in Russia for France and have a good relationship.
He’s not in his best form, of course. I knew that before the game,” Deschamps told the media on Friday. “This match was meant to give him some rhythm. He knew that he would only play for an hour.
It’s hard to remember to be positive. Obviously, he’s not in one of his better periods.
“Like all players who have a club situation that is not positive, they are also impacted mentally. I know him well enough and it can happen at some points.”
Didier Deschamps has come out and said that the situation with Manchester United is hurting Paul Pogba psychological. It’s no doubt that Pogba’s performance with Manchester United have been below par. Moreover with the addition of new players like Donny Van de Beek it will be more difficult for him.
